I would like to commend Dr. Su for giving
me my life back. I've lived with an arthritic right hip for about 5
years until a friend of mine told me about the wonderful world of
hip resurfacing and Dr. Su in particular. I was skeptical about the
whole thing, but I decided to investigate the process. I liked what
I heard and as a result had hip resurface surgery on 7/8/2010.
After a rough first week, I started to push
myself to the point where I didn't need crutches or even a cane
after the third week. I was given exercises from Dr. Su which indeed
sped my healing.
Today at just about four months out, I feel about
98% perfect in my right hip. I most likely will feel 100% in the
very near future.
I didn't realize how much I was missing without the full use of my
right hip. Now I'm back playing sports and leading my former active
life style.
